This policy covers every Lihai La LLC product: Ultimate Book Writer, SuiSui, LiveTranslate, Parrovo, Annua and Rungs, and the web tool KiteGEO. What we collect differs sharply between them, so the first thing this policy does is say which group an app is in. KiteGEO is described on its own in section 9.

1. Apps That Collect Nothing

SuiSui, Annua and Rungs contain no networking code. They have no account, no server, no analytics and no third-party SDKs. Everything you enter stays in the app's storage on your own device, and is included in your device backup if you have one enabled. We cannot see it, cannot retrieve it, and cannot delete it for you — uninstalling the app removes it.

Nothing in sections 2 through 5 below applies to these three apps.

2. Information We Collect

This section applies to Ultimate Book Writer, which uses an account, and to LiveTranslate and Parrovo, which use a shared balance of hours.

  • Account Information: An email address used for account creation and login.
  • Book Projects and Content (Ultimate Book Writer): Text and data related to your book projects.
  • Purchase History: Records of credits or hours purchased.
  • Device Information: Information about the device, such as model and operating system.

Audio (LiveTranslate and Parrovo): Audio is captured only while you have explicitly started a session, is streamed for the sole purpose of producing a translation, and is never recorded, stored or used to train anything. Stopping the session stops the capture.

3. How We Use Information

  • AI-Powered Features: To deliver book writing suggestions and enhancements using AI, and to produce live translations.
  • Credit and Hour Transactions: To facilitate in-app purchases and manage balances.
  • Improving App Experience: To analyze usage patterns and improve our services.

4. Data Sharing

  • Third-Party Services: We may share data with xAI and Qwen for AI functionality, with speech and translation providers for live captioning, and with the App Store and Google Play for processing billing.
  • No Selling of Personal Data: We do not sell or disclose personal information to third parties for marketing or sales purposes.

5. Data Security

  • Encryption: We use encryption to protect your data stored locally on your device.
  • Secure Communication: All data transmissions are secured using industry-standard protocols.

  • Data Access and Deletion: You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data.
  • Account Termination: You can terminate your account at any time.
  • Apps Without Accounts: For SuiSui, Annua and Rungs there is nothing to request, because we never held anything. Deleting the app deletes the data.

9. KiteGEO

KiteGEO (lihaila.com/geo, called 风筝GEO助手 in Chinese) is a web tool that checks whether AI assistants mention and recommend a brand. Sections 2 to 5 do not describe it; this section does.

What we collect

  • Account: The free check works without an account. If you sign in, with an email and password or with Google, sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication, a Google service. Firebase keeps your account record; for Google sign-in that record includes the name, email address and profile photo of your Google account. KiteGEO's own database stores only your email address, whether it has been verified, and an account ID. We never see your password.
  • Checks and reports: The website or brand name you enter, any keywords you add, the questions generated for it, the answers the AI assistants return, and the resulting report.
  • Usage limits: Your IP address and a random browser ID (stored in a cookie) are recorded with each check so that the free daily limit can be enforced.
  • Purchases: Payments are processed by Stripe. We keep the order ID, plan, amount, status and your Stripe customer ID. We never see or store your card details.
  • Cookies and local storage: A sign-in session cookie, the browser ID above, and your language and theme choices. KiteGEO uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To run checks, show you your reports, enforce the free limits, process purchases and, on the Pro and Agency plans, re-run your tracked checks every week.

Who receives it

  • AI providers: To measure them, we send the questions — which contain the brand or category you entered — to the AI assistants through their official APIs: OpenAI (ChatGPT), xAI (Grok), DeepSeek and Alibaba Cloud (Qwen). We do not send them your email address, IP address or account details.
  • The website you enter: We fetch its public pages to understand the brand and check how readable it is for AI crawlers.
  • Service providers: Google (Firebase Authentication), Stripe (payments) and Amazon Web Services (hosting).

Google user data

When you sign in with Google, KiteGEO requests only your basic profile and email address, and uses them only to sign you in and identify your account. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the service providers above that are needed to run KiteGEO. KiteGEO's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Report links

Each report has a long, hard-to-guess link. Anyone you give that link to can open the report, so share it only with people you choose.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your account, reports and purchase records while your account exists. To delete your KiteGEO account and its reports, email support@lihaila.com from the address you sign in with, and we will delete them within 30 days. Payment records are kept where tax law requires it.
