How it works

The same questions your customers ask, put to every major AI assistant through their official APIs.

1

We learn your brand

We read your site, work out your category and competitors, and write the questions buyers really ask — you can edit them.

2

We ask every AI

Each assistant answers each question. We grade every answer: are you named, how high, how warmly, and who is named instead.

3

You get a score and a plan

A GEO score out of 100, your share of voice against competitors, and — in the full report — a step-by-step plan with ready-to-paste fixes.

What you'll see

AI visibility

How often each assistant names you for unbranded buyer questions, and in what position.

Share of voice

Which competitors the AIs recommend instead of you, and how often.

Reputation

Whether the AIs know who you are, how they describe you, and what they get wrong.

Sources AIs trust

The sites assistants cite in your category — where you need to be listed or reviewed.

AI readiness

Can AI crawlers read your site? Robots rules, llms.txt, schema, server-rendered content.

Action plan

Prioritised fixes plus a ready llms.txt, schema markup, FAQ copy and content briefs.

Questions

What is GEO?

Generative Engine Optimization is making your brand easy for AI assistants to find, understand, trust and recommend. SEO wins a spot in a list of links; GEO wins a mention inside the answer itself.

Are these real AI answers?

Yes. We send each question to each assistant through its official API and grade what comes back. The free check uses each model's built-in knowledge; the full report also runs live web search, which is what ChatGPT search and Grok do for most users.

Why do answers change between runs?

AI answers vary from one ask to the next. That's why we ask several questions across several assistants and score the pattern — and why weekly tracking matters more than any single check.

How is the score calculated?

60% visibility (are you named for unbranded buyer questions, how high, how positively), 20% reputation (do assistants know you and describe you well), 20% AI readiness of your website. Each part is shown separately in the report.

Can I get recommended more?

Usually, yes. The biggest levers are being listed on the sites AIs cite, clear factual content that answers buyer questions, structured data, and not blocking AI crawlers. The action plan tells you which apply to you, in order.
