By accessing or using any Lihai La LLC ("Lihai La," "we," "us," or "our") products or services, including but not limited to the SRM Platform, Qwen AI, and Ultimate Book Writer mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

2.1 SRM Platform

Simple Referral to Money platform that enables users to earn money through referral opportunities and publish their own referral programs.

2.2 Qwen AI

Advanced artificial intelligence solutions powered by cutting-edge AI models for various applications and use cases.

2.3 Ultimate Book Writer

An AI-powered mobile application for Android and iOS devices that assists users in writing books through AI-generated outlines, chapter assistance, and various export formats.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Credit System and Payments

4.1 Ultimate Book Writer Credits

• Ultimate Book Writer uses a credit-based system for AI content generation
• Credits are purchased in packages: Starter Pack ($10/10 credits), Pro Pack ($50/50 credits), Author Pack ($100/100 credits)
• New users receive 10 free credits upon registration
• Credits are non-refundable and do not expire
• Credit consumption varies based on content length and complexity

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create, share, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for spam, fraud, or malicious activities
• Generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• Create content that violates platform policies of third-party services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Lihai La and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create using our services
• You grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide our services
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you input into our services
• AI-generated content may be subject to specific terms regarding originality and usage rights

7. Data and Privacy

• We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Ultimate Book Writer offers Google Drive backup functionality with user consent
• You can request deletion of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
• AI model availability may vary based on third-party service providers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for content generated by AI models or user actions

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lihai La from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

12. Third-Party Services

• Our services may integrate with third-party services (Google Drive, AI providers, etc.)
• Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies
• We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance

13. Geographic Restrictions

Our services are operated from the United States. We make no representation that our services are appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. Users accessing our services from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
